The Fox and Hounds is a cosy pub tucked away behind Sloane Square and the Kings Road. We have a wide ranging clientele, and are also dog friendly.
The Fox and Hounds is a cosy and inviting 19th century pub tucked away behind Sloane Square and the Kings Road.
Built in 1860 as a working mans pub for the staff of the Grosvenor estate, the pub originally operated as ales only. It was in-fact the last London Pub to operate as such until in 1996, a spirit license was at long last acquired.
You'll find plenty of fox themed memorabilia on the walls and three big hounds even live upstairs! The pub is also close to Chelsea Royal Hospital, so expect to see the traditional Chelsea pensioner propping up the bar and doing a crossword during the day!
The Fox has the widest possible clientele and it is not at all odd to see the odd celebrity having a well deserved pint after a show at the Royal Court Theatre.
Customers can enjoy fine cask ales, distinctive international lagers and a good selection of wines.
The pub is dog friendly so feel free to bring your four legged family members along too!
