Recently refurbished and re-opened pub, using an old Hayling Island pub name, but not on the same site as the original, which was named after the steam trains which brought passengers and goods to the island before the railway line and bridge were closed in 1963.
This smallish pub has three distinct areas - some tables by the front window, some comfy chairs in the middle and a pool table and Sports TV to the rear.
A further area is currently being built (summer 2017) by the rear entrance and there are a few benches on the patio at the back.
Two real ale handpumps, but mostly keg lager and cider on sale.
No food, but a good range of crisps and nuts are on offer.
