Poorly trained staff with non-existent customer service
Ordered a double burger with 1x beef burger and 1x chicken burger inside. Saw that I'd been charged £28!! - seems they charged me for 2x double burgers instead!
Went up to the bar to request a refund, service was so slow that they brought the burgers to my table while I was waiting to speak to someone about their issue. Told at this stage that my order wasn't possible and that's why they thought I wanted 2x double burgers - they then went on to say that they couldn't process a refund as they had a new system and they didn't know how!
Apparently the only person who knew how is a manager who wasn't on shift today and told them not to call her (since when is this a customer's problem?!).
TLDR; overcharged double for an incorrect order, poorly trained staff who do not know how to speak to customers, incapable of refunding their own mistake
