The Colin at Kimberworth is a 100% wet led community pub, great for watching live sport and entertainment. The new operator will need to deliver a value driven, mainstream offer that appeals to the traditional customer base and makes the most the investment we have planned to refurbish the trade space and reinvigorate the garden. Further potential to drive sales could lie with the introduction of a small hand held food offer and developing a base of pub based sports teams to participate in local leagues.
