Adrian & Ian would like to welcome you to The Fortescue Arms in East Allington, Devon which they purchased in November 2014 after becoming enchanted by the aesthetics of this 19th Century Country Inn. Our guests can be assured of a warm, friendly and first class welcome as both Adrian and Ian have over fifteen years of experience within the hospitality industry, managing award winning Country Inns to 5* Country House Hotels.
The Fortescue Arms is a place of serenity, the perfect place for thought and conversation or maybe to relax and recuperate and escape the rigours of daily life! An eclectic mix of rustic tables, antique settles and a roaring log fire are a welcome sight for the weary travelers, whilst our four legged friends have a treat in store too! For horses a tethering post with fresh water is situated in the car park and for dogs a "Dog's Dinner" for £5.00 is available from the bar.
Whether you are dining with family, friends or colleagues, we are able to cater for parties of all sizes and respectively ask you to contact us so we may discuss your requirements.
