We are a small, independent family business with a passion for cooking great pub food and delivering great service to our guests. Leading the team is Luke, your Landlord, you’ll normally find him in the kitchen, cooking is his thing.

Luke and his family moved to Devon from North Wales in July 2017. Following 21 years in the corporate hospitality industry, having trained hundreds of publicans and pub chefs across the country, Luke is putting his skills to the test in his first solo business venture at the Cowick Barton!

Here at the Cowick we have an amazing front of house team, you’ll be looked after by our expert hosts, and our lovely, smiley front of house team.
