The Cricketers Arms is an award winning country pub with rooms located in the picturesque village of Rickling Green, in rural Essex. We are located between the beautiful market towns of Bishops Stortford and Saffron Walden and are a 10-15 minutes’ drive away from Stansted airport.
We serve a selection of real ales, seasonal menus and a great wine list and are proud to have been awarded 1 AA rosette. Our talented team of chefs led by Head Chef and Owner Harry Kodagoda, serve breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.
Within our quintessentially picture-perfect English village setting, you can choose to dine outside overlooking the beautiful village cricket green (you may even be lucky enough to catch the Rickling Ramblers in full swing!) or relax in one of our traditional yet stylish restaurant areas. We are a family friendly pub, welcoming children of all ages and of course those with muddy paws!
The Cricketers Arms is also available to hire for private functions including wedding receptions, wakes and parties.
