The Withins is a large pub situated on the main road from Bolton to Bury, serving all the surrounding residents and the customers visiting the local shops directly across the road. The pub is popular particularly for the live sports and weekly entertainment on offer in the public bar and the events or private hire in the extensive function room. Both trading areas are in good condition throughout after an investment around four years ago. We are now looking for an experienced local publican who is skilled in operating a large business with multi revenue streams. A publican with catering skills with the capability of introducing a simple pub menu to make use of the trade kitchen on site would also be an advantage.
