Welcome to Wigan Central, Wigan’s only dedicated Real Ale & Cider Bar located in the historic Arches No. 1 & 2, Queen Street, Wigan.
We have brought the railway arch, which dates from the mid 19th century, back to life and given Wigan Central a unique environment and atmosphere to enjoy an eclectic variety of real ales and ciders from brewers from all corners of Britain and beyond.
At any one time we have seven real ales and four craft ciders on the bar alongside a range of 100 plus bottled beers from Nationwide Brewers. We also have a great selection of Continental and American bottled beers and a selection of quality lagers and wines to choose from. So what’s not to like!
We know that Wigan Central will become the “1st. Stop” for real ale and cider lovers from across the region.

Our opening hours are:
Sunday 12 noon to 10:30pm
Monday to Thursday 12 noon to 11pm
Friday 12 noon to midnight
Saturday 11am to midnight
