Now owned by local brewer Goacher's this early 12th-century building has been restored in keeping with its Grade II status following a ten year period of closure. Beware the low doorway and ceiling as well as the step down into pub. A large inglenook fireplace provides a warm welcome in winter and a small seating area on a mezzanine floor makes a good addition to the small floor area.
