The Plough is a traditional local pub that is located in the heart of Beddington, a 10-minute walk from Waddon Station or a 20-minute stroll from Wallington Station.
Built in 1897 on the site of an 18th Century Inn, the Plough still has a tunnel in the cellar that leads to Carew Manor in Beddington Park- which was frequently visited by Queen Elizabeth 1st as well as Sir Walter Raleigh, whose head is buried in the churchyard of St. Mary's Church.
The Plough's seasonal British menu celebrates the best of British produce and is designed to take you back to those nostalgic British dishes that put a smile on your face. Our delicious menu is now also accompanied by our new mouthwatering burgers from our Burger Shack in our sun-soaked beer garden.
We frequently show various sporting events as we have BT and Sky Sports- so if you are in the area, pop in to support your favourite team!
