About The Mill of the Black Monks:
We are a family run Gastro pub on the outskirts of Barnsley South Yorkshire established in 2018, housed in a stunning medieval watermill built in 1150AD, adjacent to Monk Bretton Priory and steeped in history. We serve traditional British food along with dishes inspired from other parts of the world. All our team are passionate about our food, drinks and your experience and time spent with us at our special Mill.
