Holmbury St. Mary is a picturesque historic village in Surrey. Originally known as Felday, it was the site of a small and marginally unlisted prisoner of war camp during the First World War.
The beautiful St. Mary's Church is right next to the pub.
The Royal Oak dates back hundreds of years and still retains many of the original features.
It was taken over by local residents in February 2023,
