The pub can be busy on match days.

A tap room to the rear includes a pool table and darts board.
A games league, including pool, darts and dominoes, takes place on Monday nights.
There is a quiz on Tuesday nights, starting 9pm, and a rugby league quiz on the first Wednesday of each month, starting 8pm.
A karaoke and music quiz takes place on Thursdays, 3pm-6.30pm.
On Friday and Saturday evenings there is live entertainment/karaoke and DJs.
On Sunday, a karaoke event commences at 5pm and includes a "Winner Takes All" draw at around 6pm.
Closing times may vary on a Friday and Saturday. The pub is reputed to be haunted.
