This Beautiful Marina, known as Saville town wharf was originally built in the nineteenth century as a busy transport hub for the textile industry in Dewsbury.
Years later it had become a scrapyard for boats that were no longer seaworthy.
Left unused and derelict it had become an eyesore for the locals and was left long forgotten.
