The Old Cross in Radcliffe is situated in Joseph Holt’s heartland of Bury. Staying true to the pub’s traditional roots it retains a lot of original features including the curved and sliding glass & wood shutters on the bar, albeit they are more for decorative purposes today.
Separate drinking areas make the pub suited to customers of all varieties and the remnants of green tile-work still visible at end of bar give a nostalgic nod to the pubs history. The small yet perfectly kept beer garden is perfect for summer days. If you are looking for weekend entertainment, look no further, a DJ and karaoke will keep you entertained throughout the weekend turning the Old Cross into a lively destination for weekend revelers.
If sport is your bag, fear not. The pub has live Sky & BT Sport showing throughout the week and weekend so you can enjoy a pint or two whilst watching your favourite team in a truly traditional pub.
