Hello everyone welcome .
I would like to introduce myself and my husband Bev and Phil Mitchell as the new landlady and landlord of The fox which is the oldest pub in the area, having opened in 1736 – and later becoming a popular drinking haunt of Admiral Nelson, according to local legend.
It is a traditional and attractive pub based behind the busy high street of Gosport.
It is situated adjacent to a residential area and has plenty of shops and businesses surrounding the pub.
It's had a refurb and looks lovely.
We will be a family run pub with good home made food and a friendly welcome.
